Workplace Training
An impactful session that takes attendees on a journey that ultimately enables them to identify tangible day-to-day things they can implement to progress inclusion in the workplace. The session can focus on racial microaggressions (particularly suitable for Black History Month); or microaggressions generally.
Behaviour change cannot occur without psychological safety.
This session aims to teach the barriers to psychological safety, empower staff; and rebuild trust through removing the fear of negative consequences. It’s your message to staff that they don’t need to be afraid!
It’s hard staying the course and advocating for change for yourself or someone else. These sessions and/ or coaching offerings, cover topics such as resilience, re-evaluating your purpose, avoiding burnout and making time to look after yourself.
Everybody is somebody’s ally; a piece aimed at recognising the spaces where you hold power; and showing people that there’s more than one way to be an ally.
Being an ally is hard, so it's important to show your staff that everybody can do something. Even seemingly small things can make a difference!
Minority groups face different barriers to accessing and accumulating wealth. And gender pay gap aside, it isn't spoken about enough in open circles.
